In 2008, Blue Ridge Home Health Care was founded by Dustin Snow with a mission to make high-quality, compassionate in-home care available to the residents of the Twin Counties.

Fifteen years later, Blue Ridge Home Health Care has not only fulfilled this mission but has greatly exceeded in scale from what was originally envisioned. What started as a small team of two has grown exponentially, now employing a dedicated staff of over 90 professionals.

Despite becoming the largest Home Health Agency in the Twin Counties, having cared for over 10,000 patients, their primary focus has always been on quality over quantity. Improving the lives of those entrusted to their care through clinical excellence and extraordinary service is Blue Ridge Home Health Care’s top priority.

Unlike most home health agencies, Blue Ridge Home Health Care is and will remain independently owned, allowing them to maintain control over the quality of the care it provides.

The agency offers a comprehensive range of services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, wound care, and IV therapy.

Complementing these medical services, a full-time social worker is on staff, serving as a compassionate advocate for patient needs.

In March of 2011 an employee-funded program deemed "Blue Ridge Blessings " was created in memory of Dustin's late Father, Harry Snow. What began as a modest initiative twelve years ago has grown into a powerful force of goodwill.

To date, Blue Ridge Blessings has distributed $61,556.10 to local residents facing hardships, providing assistance with medication, medical supplies, food, and more.

This significant impact is the result of a compassionate team committed to making meaningful contributions to those in need.
